For the program code there are two license types. The web option is associated with a fully automated payment procedure.

Minor changes and bug fixes for the program codes are regularly published on the web. A more extensive support can be provided with special agreements.

Before purchase of a program code it is assumed that that demo version have been tested and found to function correctly.

For the invoice procedure, serious businesses, that is, those who have good web sites explaining what they are doing, are considered as trusted partners. They will be given a 1 month credit, (not negotiable). This is decided case by case.

Sales tax

As sales tax, (VAT=19.6%), is included in the price for members of the European Community. Other customers will nevertheless need to pay the the sum indicated above.

• When the order arrives, an invoice will be sent to you. If you are a trusted partner you will get the items ordered as soon as possible. If the order includes a 1 year license you will be given a temporary 30 days license.
  
• When the payment arrives you will be sent all items asked for.
  
  

Order by direct web payment

• These orders are conducted through the encrypted PayPal site. In the Frigus Primore home sites the entrance is here
  
• By mail, you will automatically be given a receipt from PayPal and and an order recognition Frigus Primore.
  
• If your order includes a web license you will automatically be given the associated code.
  

Check payments

Check payments are allowed provided that they are labeled in Euros or exceeding 200 Euros of the labeled sum.
