This more than 150 pages long document, (17 chapters), is written for
university level
classes in cooling of electronics. It summarizes the
author's long experience of applied thermal design.
It covers all issues that are important for air cooled PCBs,
such as convection, conduction, component modeling and flow
calculations.
A particular emphases has been given to
front-end design methods that
not can be found anywhere else.
Much of the material is unique.
The document is distributed as a collection of PDF-files.
